설정(음성 옵션)에서 "내 언어(모국어)"를 선택하면 화면과 뜻이 그 언어로 바뀝니다. 한 번 정하면 직접 바꾸기 전까지 유지됩니다.

웹에서 Pro를 결제하면 이메일로 받은 라이선스 키를 앱에 입력해 어느 기기서든 복원할 수 있습니다. 문의는 위 이메일로 주세요.

채팅에서 상대의 프로필 사진을 눌러 프로필을 연 뒤, 아래의 신고 또는 이 사람 차단을 누르세요. 신고는 서비스의 서버에 저장되며, 서버 안에서 작동하는 자동 감지 봇이 공개된 기준(개인정보 처리방침 제12항)에 따라 바로 확인합니다. 위반의 정도와 신고한 사람 수에 따라 주의, 메시지 숨김, 24시간 글쓰기 제한, 한 달 일시 계정 비활성화가 자동으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 30일 동안 10명 이상에게 신고된 계정은 그때마다 한 달 동안 일시 비활성화됩니다. 일시 비활성화된 계정은 한 달 뒤 자동으로 다시 활성화되고, 남은 포인트는 그대로 유지됩니다. 규칙에 어긋나는 메시지는 보낼 때 자동으로 걸러져 보내지지 않습니다. 자동 감지 봇이 처리하지 않은 신고는 운영자가 24시간 이내에 직접 검토하며, 영구 정지와 계정 삭제는 운영자만 결정합니다. 글쓰기 제한 기간에는 메시지와 채팅 신청을 보내는 것 외에도 프로필 수정, 사진 추가, 포인트로 프로필 잠금 해제하기 등을 할 수 없으며, 고객센터 문의와 계정 삭제는 할 수 있습니다. 처리 결과와 조치 안내는 채팅 탭에서 공식 계정 ‘Eden World Chat’의 공지로 알려 드리며, 조치에 이의가 있으면 공지에 적힌 사건 번호와 함께 나 > 고객센터에서 사람의 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다. 차단은 차단한 사람에게 바로 적용되며, 나 > 차단한 사람에서 해제할 수 있습니다.

In a chat, tap the person's profile photo to open their profile, then tap Report or Block this person at the bottom. Reports are stored on our server and checked right away by an automatic detection bot that runs inside the server, under published criteria (Privacy Policy, Section 12). Depending on how serious the breach is and how many people reported it, a caution, hidden messages, a 24-hour posting restriction or a one-month temporary account deactivation may follow automatically, and an account reported by 10 or more people within 30 days is temporarily deactivated for one month each time. A deactivated account is activated again automatically after one month, and your points stay as they are. Messages that break the rules are caught automatically when they are sent and are not sent. Reports the bot does not settle are reviewed by the operator within 24 hours, and only the operator decides on permanent bans and account deletion. While posting is restricted, you also can't edit your profile, add photos or use points to unlock profiles, but you can still contact Customer support and delete your account. You will hear outcomes and measures as notices from the official account “Eden World Chat” in the Chats tab; if you disagree with a measure, you can ask for a human review in Me > Customer support, quoting the case number from the notice. A block takes effect for you immediately, and you can undo it in Me > Blocked people.

포인트는 Apple의 앱 내 구입으로 판매됩니다. 사용하지 않은 포인트는 구매일부터 7일 이내에 청약철회할 수 있으며, 청약철회와 환불은 Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com)에 요청합니다. 위 이메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다. 사진 잠금 해제에 이미 사용한 포인트는 청약철회나 환불을 할 수 없습니다(이용약관 제16조, 제17조).

Points are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Within 7 days of purchase, you can cancel the purchase of points you haven't used; cancellations and refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), or you can email us. You can't cancel or get a refund for points already used to unlock photos (Terms of Use, Articles 16 and 17).

앱에서 나 > 계정 삭제를 누르세요. 계정과 내가 쓴 글이 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 남은 포인트는 계정과 함께 소멸하며, 이용약관이나 관계 법령에서 달리 정하는 경우를 제외하고 복구하거나 반환하지 않으므로, 환불을 원하시면 계정을 삭제하기 전에 요청해 주세요. 앱을 지우는 것만으로는 계정이 삭제되지 않습니다.

In the app, go to Me > Delete my account. Your account and everything you wrote are deleted and can't be restored. Remaining points disappear with the account and are not restored or returned, except as the Terms of Use or applicable law provide, so request any refund before deleting. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
